Salad Dressing For Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1 egg
• beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1 tbsp. butter

Instructions

1. Mix vinegar, 1/2 c. water, salt, sugar and egg and mustard together.
2. Place butter in small saucepan; heat over low heat.
3. Add in vinegar mix; cook till thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Cold.
