Sakura Shrimp Onigiri for Cherry Blossom Viewing
Ingredients
- 360 ml Uncooked white rice
- 100 grams Sakura shrimp (tiny dried shrimp)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 Mitsuba
Instructions
- Rinse the rice and add all of the ingredients except for the parsley to the rice cooker.
- Fill the rice cooker with water up to the 2 cup mark and set to cook.
- Shape into bite-sized rice balls, then garnish with Japanese parsley or sprigs of sansho to finish!
