Ingredients

  • 360 ml Uncooked white rice
  • 100 grams Sakura shrimp (tiny dried shrimp)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Mirin
  • 1 Mitsuba

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and add all of the ingredients except for the parsley to the rice cooker.
  2. Fill the rice cooker with water up to the 2 cup mark and set to cook.
  3. Shape into bite-sized rice balls, then garnish with Japanese parsley or sprigs of sansho to finish!
