Ingredients
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup oil
- 14 cup sake (Japanese wine)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- minced
- 1 12 lbs large shrimp
- shelled
- mixed mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- cherry tomatoes
- rice
- pilaf
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.
- If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste.
- Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
- Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
- Serve over rice pilaf.
