Ingredients

  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup oil
  • 14 cup sake (Japanese wine)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • minced
  • 1 12 lbs large shrimp
  • shelled
  • mixed mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • cherry tomatoes
  • rice
  • pilaf

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.
  2. If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste.
  3. Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
  5. Serve over rice pilaf.
