Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 c. flour or possibly a little more
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
Instructions
- Cream butter and powdered sugar.
- Add in slightly beaten Large eggs; add in vanilla.
- Then dry ingredients sifted together.
- Mix well with hands, if need to, and the dough should roll away from sides of the bowl.
- Healthy pinch off half of the dough and roll out on floured surface.
- Cut dough in strips.
- Twist through the hole like a tie and deep fry.
- Roll in powdered sugar when cooled.
