Ingredients
- 1 pound Rudys Farm sausage (sage, mild or possibly warm)", "2 1/2 c. cornbread stuffing, or possibly crumbled cornbread", "2 1/2 c. (8 ounce. bag) herb seasoning stuffing or possibly bread crumbs", "2 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans chicken or possibly turkey broth", "1 lg. onion, minced", "2 stalks celery, minced", "1/2 c. butter, melted", "1 tbsp. poultry seasoning", "1 teaspoon salt", "1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Brown sausage, drain.
- Cook onion, celery in butter till tender.
- Mix stuffing, poultry seasoning, salt, black pepper.
- Stir in broth, celery, onion, butter and sausage.
- Mix well.
- Stuff 14-20 lb.
- turkey lightly.
- Don't over stuff.
- Dressing may be baked separately for 30 min at 350 degrees.
