Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb. potatoes
- peeled
- diced and boiled
- 8 eggs
- boiled
- 1 md. onion
- diced
- 2 cups celery
- sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup bacon
- cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 1 jar (2 lb.) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 jar (4 oz.) sweet relish
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Milk
- Salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Mix sauce ingredients together gently and let rest for 1 hour in fridge.
- Fold sauce mixture into potatoes, onion and eggs.
- Add milk until creamy.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
