Ruby's Chicken & Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. Crisco

Instructions

1. Mix all together with a fork.
2. Add in a little water at a time till its in a ball.
3. Put flour on table and rolling pin, roll out small amounts.
4. Cut in squares.
5. Add in flour to top layers before putting in the pot.
6. Cook a chicken in water, debone it and put back in juice from cooking.
7. Bring to a boil.
8. Add in dumplings, salt and pepper each layer.
9. Sprinkle a little flour over dumplings.
10. Cook till done.
