Round Steak And Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pound round steak
• Salt and pepper
• Flour
• 2 tbsp. fat
• 3 or possibly 4 med. potatoes
• diced
• 1 med. onion
• minced

Instructions

1. Cut steak in serving pcs, sprinkle with flour.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown in fat.
3. Alternate layers of steak, potatoes, onions in a covered casserole dish.
4. Bake for 45 min at 325 degrees.
5. Yields 4 servings.
