Round Steak And Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound round steak
- Salt and pepper
- Flour
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 3 or possibly 4 med. potatoes
- diced
- 1 med. onion
- minced
Instructions
- Cut steak in serving pcs, sprinkle with flour.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, brown in fat.
- Alternate layers of steak, potatoes, onions in a covered casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 min at 325 degrees.
- Yields 4 servings.
