Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced green peppers
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 round bread
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for dip.
- Cover and refrigerate2-3 hrs.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut thin slice from top of bread.
- Carefully hollow out center of bread leaving 1 inch shell on sides and bottom.
- Cut inside pcs into 1 inch cubes.
- Place bread shell and cubes on baking sheet.
- Bake about 10 min or possibly till toasted.
- Cold completely.
- Place dip in bread; serve bread cubes around platter.
