Rotel Cheese Dip W/ Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
- cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
- This works well in the crock pot too.
- Just cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through.
