Ingredients

  • 2 cups Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 2 cups White Wine
  • 2- 1/2 pounds Chicken Breasts
  • Boneless
  • Skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Thyme
  • Ground
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary - Fresh
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 9x13 pan, mix vinaigrette and wine.
  2. Place chicken in the pan and rub garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper on the chicken breasts.
  3. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and bake chicken for 4560 minutes.
  5. Take the pan out of the oven and slice chicken lengthwise.
  6. Place back in the pan and let cook for 15 minutes.
