Ingredients
- 2 cups Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 2 cups White Wine
- 2- 1/2 pounds Chicken Breasts
- Boneless
- Skinless
- 4 cloves Garlic
- Minced
- 3 Tablespoons Thyme
- Ground
- 4 sprigs Rosemary - Fresh
- Salt
- Ground Pepper
Instructions
- In a 9x13 pan, mix vinaigrette and wine.
- Place chicken in the pan and rub garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper on the chicken breasts.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and bake chicken for 4560 minutes.
- Take the pan out of the oven and slice chicken lengthwise.
- Place back in the pan and let cook for 15 minutes.
