Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Yeast (I Use Highly Active)
- 2 cups Warm Water
- 4 cups Flour
- 3 sprigs Rosemary
- Leaves Removed From The Stem And Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil Plus More For Greasing Your Bowl And Surfaces
Instructions
- Combine yeast with 2 cups warm water in a small bowl.
- Set aside.
- In a mixer combine flour, rosemary and salt and then add the oil and the yeast mixture.
- I then flip the dough out onto the counter and knead it into a ball and place it back in the mixer bowl after first greasing it with olive oil.
- Cover dough with plastic wrap and either leave it to rise for a few hours or put it in the fridge overnight.
- When it has risen, punch it down and split the dough in half.
- From here make two pizzas according to your favorite pizza recipe.
- You can wrap up one of the balls of dough and stick it in the freezer if you dont want to make two pizzas.
- Disclaimer: I LOVE rosemary.
- There is no such thing as too much in my book.
- Tweak the amount to suit your taste.
