Rondele Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) containerrondele garlic & herb cheese spread
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 12 cup sun-dried tomato
  • diced
  • 12 cup vidalia onion
  • diced
  • 6 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice potatoes, place in large pot.
  2. Cover with water and boil until potatoes flake when touched by a fork.
  3. While potatoes are cooking, brown and crumble the bacon.
  4. Drain potatoes and pour them into a large bowl.
  5. Add bacon crumbs, sundried tomatoes, onion, and entire tub of Rondele cheese to potatoes.
  6. Stir to blend well.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
