Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- grated
- 12 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 5 green onions
- sliced
- 13 cup red wine vinegar
- 13 cup canola oil
- 13 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cavender all purpose Greek seasoning
Instructions
- Layer first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients- oils, vinegar and seasoning- mixing well.
- When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad, and toss.
