Roberg's Fast Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 160 g tomato paste
- 70 g margarine
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 liters water
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
Instructions
- Melt the margarine.
- Add the tomato paste and fry it.
- Add the flour and the water and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the spices and serve.
- Options to add: cooked rice, egg drops, sour cream, or dill.
