Ingredients
- 1 bag Boneless
- Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 12 ounces
- weight Fresh Spinach
- 16 ounces
- weight Container Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 whole Onions
- Sliced Thinly
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Cover with fresh spinach (you may not use the entire 12 ounces).
- Slice mushrooms and spread over spinach.
- Place thinly sliced onions over mushrooms.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over top, using anywhere from half the jar to the entire jar, depending on your preference.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 375-degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 10 to 15 more minutes.
