Ingredients
- 5 cups red potatoes
- chopped in 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 boneless
- skinless chicken breasts
- cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- 1/2 cup Kraft Ranch with Bacon
- 2 green onions
- chopped
Instructions
- TOSS together potatoes, water, and oil.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken, stir and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes.
- COMBINE dressing, onions, cooked chicken and potatoes in a bowl.
- SERVE immediately or chill.
