Roasted Green Beans with Walnuts and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. green beans
  • trimmed (5 cups)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475F.
  2. Toss all ingredients in bowl; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Spread on rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Roast 15 to 17 minutes, or until beans are tender and browned in spots, stirring occasionally.
