Roasted Butternut
Ingredients
- 1 large Butternut
- 100 grams butter
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230C
- Roast the whole butternut in the oven for about 1 hour or until soft.
- (depending on size)
- Peal the butternut.
- Cut in half and remove seeds.
- Cut into large cubes.
- Mash in a bowl with butter and salt.
