  • 2- 1/2 pounds Beets
  • Peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Dill
  • 1/4 cups Crumbled Feta
  • Salt And Pepper

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cut beets into 1 cubes and toss with olive oil.

  4. Spread the beets out evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
