Richness! Matcha Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 50 grams Sugar
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 10 grams Matcha
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, add the sugar, and beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and stiff enough to hold form.
- Sprinkle matcha into the cream, and beat until the peaks are soft and they bend down.
- Mix together egg mixture from Step 1 with the cream from Step 2, and pour into a bowl to chill for over an hour in the freezer.
