Ingredients
- 150 = 200 grams Thinly sliced pork or pork belly
- 1/2 Burdock root
- 1 large Sweet potato
- 1/4 Daikon radish
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Konnyaku
- 1 Your favorite ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Dashi stock
- 1 Miso
- 1 Ichimi spice
- grated ginger
Instructions
- Cut or slice the ingredients as you like.
- I used sweet potato.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork.
- Add sugar when the pork is almost cooked and continue to fry.
- Add and fry the rest of the ingredients and add the dashi stock (I always use dashi powder).
- Cook until everything is tender.
- After the ingredients are cooked through, add the miso.
- Grated ginger will warm you up and ichimi spice will add a bit of spice to the soup.
