Ingredients

  • 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 5 to 6 shakes Salt and pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 bunch Chinese chives
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Pre-flavor the thinly sliced pork with the ingredients.
  2. Julienne the carrot, cut the onion into wedges, and chop up the Chinese chives into easy to eat pieces.
  3. Stir fry the pork.
  4. In the meantime, combine the ingredients to make the sauce.
  5. When the pork is almost cooked, add all vegetables except the chives and stir fry.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Just before everything is cooked, add the chives and sauce and mix.
  8. Taste and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce if needed.
