Ingredients

  • 12 cup Rice Krispies
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie maple syrup
  • 14 cup no-sugar-added fat free vanilla ice cream
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1/2 cup rice krispies into a microwavable bowl.
  2. Add cinnamon and the 2 T. of syrup.
  3. Microwave for about 20 seconds or until bubbly, remove and stir until mixed evenly.
  4. Add ice cream and enjoy the flavors of faux apple pie!
