Rice and Beef Pilaf
Ingredients
- 300 g beef
- minced
- 2 cups rice
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons oil
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
- heat the olive and fry the onion after dicing it.
- add the beef and the spices and cook on medium heat until well-cooked.
- add the rice and the chicken stock and cook on low heat until rice is done and absorbed all the water.
- serve hot.
