Ingredients
- 1 onion roll
- 4 slices italian style roast beef
- from the deli counter (thin slices)
- 2 slices provolone cheese or 2 slices mozzarella cheese (thin slices)
- 14 sliced sweet onion (thin slices)
- 14 slice red bell pepper (thin strips)
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- for sauteing onion and pepper
Instructions
- Lightly saute the onion and red pepper until transparent.
- Can add salt if desired.
- On onion roll place beef and cheese in this order: 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese.
- Add onions and peppers on top of cheese.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until cheese melts.
- Note: Can drizzle on a little bit of olive oil on onion roll before assembling, if desired.
