Ingredients
- 1 cup canned tomato with juice
- 12 cup carrot juice
- made into ice cubes crushed
- 12 cup silken tofu
- 12 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 12 teaspoon Lawrys Seasoned Salt
Instructions
- Place carrot juice in ice cube tray and and freeze until completely frozen.
- Once frozen place in ziplock back and crush to desired consistency.
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
