Instructions
Throw all ingredients into a food processor or use a bowl and hand blender.
If you dont have any of those tools, try to cut all the ingredients into very small pieces and mix and mash them together using a fork or heavy rolling pin.
Just pour the mixture into the jar and tada!
You have your own little jar of lovely red pesto.
Use it as pizza base, in a wrap, with pasta/zoodles or try in combination with vegetarian quesadillas.
