  • 13 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 12 cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. add yogurt and protein powder to blender.
  2. blend on low for 30 seconds.
  3. add raspberries, lime juice, and sugar substitue.
  4. blend on medium for 30 seconds.
