Razzed up Raspberry Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 13 cup vanilla protein powder
- 12 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- add yogurt and protein powder to blender.
- blend on low for 30 seconds.
- add raspberries, lime juice, and sugar substitue.
- blend on medium for 30 seconds.
- add ice and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- pour in tall glass, serve and enjoy!
