  • 120 grams Sushi grade tuna (cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 3 tbsp Nameko mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Wasabi

Instructions
