Ingredients
- 120 grams Sushi grade tuna (cut into bite-sized chunks)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 3 tbsp Nameko mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Wasabi
Instructions
- Cut the avocado and tuna into bite-sized chunks.
- Combine the listed ingredients from the nameko mushrooms to the wasabi.
- Pour the mixture on top of the avocado and tuna.
- This is exactly what the dish looks like when you order it in a restaurant.
- It's also great with thinly sliced cucumber.
