Raw Cinnamon Date Balls Dipped in Raw Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cups Dates
  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Nutmeg
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 12 whole Pecan Halves For Topping Each Ball
  • 1/2 cups Dates
  • 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
  • 13 cups Coconut Oil
  • Melted
  • 3/4 cups Cacao Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Pulse the ingredients for the pecan mixture (everything except the whole pecans, for topping) in a high powered blender until sticky and mixed evenly (it should still be chunky).
  2. Place pecan mixture in a bowl to the side and then make the raw chocolate.
  3. Blend all of the chocolate ingredients (be sure to melt coconut oil for this recipe) in a bowl.
  4. Roll pecan mixture into bite-sized balls and dip them into the chocolate.
  5. Place them on a parchment paper-lined baking tray and top with a pecan.
  6. Place in freezer and enjoy whenever the mood strikes.
  7. These wont last long.
