Raw Cauliflower and Tofu Dip
Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 1/2 ounces tofu
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 clove garlic
- crushed
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Blend cauliflower florets, yogurt, tofu, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth.
