In a blender combine fruit, condensed milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and honey.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Transfer to a plastic container with an airtight seal, cover and freeze 4 hours or until solid.
Let stand a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
Garnish with whole fruit pieces and a sprig of mint.
Alternatively : pour mixture into ice tray mould and freeze 4 hours to create a delicious treat for your kids, or place the frozen cubes into a fresh fruit salad just before serving.
