Raspberries and Blueberries With Honey Zabaglione
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 12 cup honey
- 1 cup muscat wine
- 34 cup low-fat yogurt
- 12 cup raspberries
- 12 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl over hot water for 10 minutes or until thick.
- Pour over desired fruit.
- I had this with Raspberries and Blueberries.
- How much of these are up to you.
- ** If mixture is too hot it will curdle.
- You can also add some more yogurt as a little extra.
- Enjoy!
