Ingredients
- 13 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- Salt And Black Pepper
- 5 Ripened Avocados
- Peeled
- Pitted And Mashed
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- Seeds And Juice Discarded
- Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Red Onion
- Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro
- Chopped
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- Seeds And Stem Removed
- Finely Chopped
- Tortilla Chips For Serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar and a dash of salt and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the mashed avocados to the bowl and mix until completely combined and creamy.
- Carefully fold in tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and jalapeno.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
