Quinoa Breakfast With Cranberries and Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 cup rinsed quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 14 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients but cinnamon.
- Bring to boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Stir in cinnamon, cover again, and let sit one minute.
- Enjoy your hot breakfast!
