Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 each onions chopped
  • 1 each sweet red bell peppers green
  • chopped
  • 3 each garlic cloves
  • minced
  • 2 each celery stalks
  • chopped
  • 46 ounces tomato juice canned
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups pasta small (orza
  • or acini di pepe)

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, green pepper, garlic and celery in oil in large stock pot over medium heat for 10 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add tomato juice and season to taste.
  3. Add pasta and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
