Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp
- thawed
- 2 cloves garlic
- minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Heat medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add peanut butter mixture; cook and stir 1 min.
- Stir in shrimp and garlic; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until shrimp are done.
- Top with cilantro.
