Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
  • 2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 lb. (450 g) frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp
  • thawed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients.
  2. Heat medium skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add peanut butter mixture; cook and stir 1 min.
  4. Stir in shrimp and garlic; cook 2 to 3 min.
  5. or until shrimp are done.
  6. Top with cilantro.
