1 (420 g) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or 1 (420 g) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon plain flour
14 cup slivered almonds
toasted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 cup mayonnaise
3 hardboiled egg
chopped
1 (60 g) bag potato chips
lightly crushed
Instructions
Shred chicken into small pieces with fingers, then combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Place into a medium casserole dish, cover top with crushed chips (or slices of buttered bread) and bake in moderate oven (180 degrees celcius) for about 30 minutes or until hot (bubbling).
