Quick Stir-fry Tofu with Tempura Crumbs
Ingredients
- 1 packet Tofu
- 3 tbsp Tempura crumbs
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 adjust (to taste). Scallions (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the tempura crumbs in a heated frying pan.
- When the pan starts to get hot,
- Stir in the diced tofu (it should make a sizzling noise).
- Then, add the tempura crumbs.
- Pour in the sake and stir quickly.
- Add the sugar and soy sauce.
- Mix well and it's done.
