Quick Sourdough Bread - Machine

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• all-purpose bread
• 1 tablespoon wheat germ
• 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1/2 each egg whites
• 1/2 tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon poppy seed
• 2 teaspoons yeast
• active dry

Instructions

1. Load as directed for your bread machine.
