Quick Pizza Snack (Low Carb)
Ingredients
- 1 wasa crispbread (I like the hearty whole grain for this)
- 14 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 ounce cheese
- 116 teaspoon italian seasoning
Instructions
- Top cracker with olive oil, place cheese on top, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Microwave on high until cheese melts (25-30 seconds).
