  • 1 can (about 16 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Biscuits (I Used Grands)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Shredded
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 ounces
  • weight Mini Pepperoni Slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. On a clean surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit dough into about a 4-inch circle.
  3. Place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle each crust with about 2 tablespoons mozzarella, a little oregano and a few pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is fully cooked and lightly browned around the edges.
