Ingredients
- 1 can (about 16 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Biscuits (I Used Grands)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 2 ounces
- weight Mini Pepperoni Slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- On a clean surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each biscuit dough into about a 4-inch circle.
- Place on a greased or lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each crust with about 2 tablespoons mozzarella, a little oregano and a few pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is fully cooked and lightly browned around the edges.
