Quick Parmigiano Reggiano Polenta
Ingredients
- 1 box instant polenta
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook polenta in boiling water according to package directions.
- Once the polenta has absorbed most of the water whisk in the butter, cheese, parsley and salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
