  • 2 cups half-and-half or 2 cups light cream
  • 23 cup whole milk
  • 1 (22 ounce) packagefrozen mashed potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons prepared white horseradish (undrained)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat half-and-half and milk to boiling over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium.
  3. Add potatoes and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and potatoes thicken, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in horseradish and chives.
