Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plus ~ Water
- 1 dash bit less than 1 tablespoon Venegar (optional)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Minced parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Mince the carrot and place in a heatproof dish.
- Mince the cabbage as well, and place in the Step 1 dish.
- Add the water, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600 W!
- When they are cooled off, lightly drain the excess water.
- Add the mayonnaise and vinegar, and mix well.
- Adjust the flavour with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with parsley if you like, and done.
- I also like to season my coleslaw on the saltier side and add macaroni for my family.
- Mixing in corn or mixed vegetables is also delicious.
- If it's too much trouble to mince the vegetables, you can shred them or cut them with a slicer.
