Quick and Dirty Orange Cooking Liqueur
Ingredients
- 12 cup vodka or 12 cup rum
- 1 small orange
- 12 cup sugar
Instructions
- Mix the juice and zest of the orange with the vodka and sugar in a clean jam jar or similar container.
- Seal the lid tightly and shake until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let sit in the fridge for several days to develop the flavor.
