Pumpking & Cheese Flan
Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condense milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cream cheese
- 1 cup pumpking puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350
- With the sugar and water make the caramel (looks my flan recipe and you can do it like that)
- Blend all the ingredients and put in the caramelized pan.
- And put in a 9 inch baked pan in the oven for 50 minutes or until knife is clean.
