Pumpkin and Pesto Turkish Breads

Ingredients

  • 500 g jap or butternut pumpkin
  • cut into 1cm thick slices
  • garlic olive oil spray
  • 4 Turkish bread rolls
  • cut in half horizontally
  • 250 g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread dip
  • 50 g baby rocket leaves

Instructions

  1. PLACE the pumpkin on a paper lined baking tray and spray with oil.
  2. Bake in a hot oven 200C for 2530 minutes or until cooked.
  3. SPRAY the bread with oil and char grill for 1 minute on each side or until crisp and golden.
  4. Spread the base of each roll with PHILLY, top with pesto, pumpkin and rocket, then sandwich together.
  5. Serve immediately.
