Protein Filled Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Stevia or other sweetener
  • 2 each large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Trail mix or nuts dried fruit
  • coconut
  • your choice!

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients together and mix well
  2. Next add eggs, honey, milk, and peanut butter (or other nut butter if preferred).
  3. Mix well.
  4. Finally, stir in the trail mix or nuts, dried fruit, etc.
  5. I used trail mix with dates, chocolate pieces, peanuts and cashews.
  6. Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons onto a baking sheet and bake on 325F for about 8 mins or until bottoms begin to brown.
  7. Approximately 13 grams of protein per cookie!
